My creativity has been nurtured in an academic environment that is based on the traditional creative studio model, from which the greatest achievements in classical and classical-modern art have sprung. The disciples of the National Art Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria are trained to possess full understanding and ability to interpret space, shape and color, on the basis of their contact with nature. This is a sample of drawings created during my studies at NAA in the studio of Professor Valentin Kolev.
