The main catalyst and inspiration for this digital painting study is the Byzantine painting tradition. Nevertheless, I am not trying to create archaic art, but to establish a level of communication over the standard patterns of recognition. The Biblical stories are viewed as universal signs that deal with the drama of the human existence nowadays.
